What we collect

Your email address, to create your account, send receipts and send sign-in links.
Your QR codes: the link each one opens, its name and its design, including any logo you upload.
Purchase records from Stripe: amount, date and Stripe session ID. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store card numbers.
Scan counts per code per day, so you can see how many people scanned it.

What we never store

Anything about the people who scan your codes. We count each scan and send the person on to your link. We don't record their name, IP address, location or device.

Who helps us run Form QR Code

Stripe processes payments.
Resend sends our emails.
Cloudflare hosts the site, the short links and the database.
Google Analytics measures visits to formqrcode.com pages. It does not run when someone scans a code.
Google Fonts serves the fonts in the editor.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies on formqrcode.com pages. Scanning a code sets no cookies.

Form Matcher

Form QR Code and Form Matcher are run by the same company and share one account system, so the same email signs you in to both.

Your choices

Ask us through the support form to see or delete your data. Deleting your account turns your QR codes off, so printed copies stop working.

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top.
